Well, what interesting times we find ourselves in!
We ARE still open for those who want to keep getting adjusted (albeit with a few extra COVID19-related protocols in place). However, we hope that you can also use some of these resources to support your body either alongside your adjustments, or while you’re taking a break.
As always, please feel free to contact us if you are after something more specific to your own situation.

These downloadable guides are designed to keep your body happy and healthy – learn how to sit, sleep and stand in the best way possible, given you spend so much of your life doing them! We will soon be recording a video series with further tips and advice on sitting, sleeping and standing – watch this space!
Adapted from exercises created by the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia, this 3 minute set of stretches is perfect for you to keep your body and spine moving at home. Movement is life, especially when it comes to your spine and nervous system! Let us know if you need any guidance with them.
Try creating a habit for yourself to do them just before or after you brush your teeth. Ideally you’d do these twice per day as part of your health routine, but they can also be used when you notice you’ve been sitting or inactive for a while.
Did you know that we have one of our Chiropractors specifically available to do home visits? These have become very important for many people given the current COVID19 situation. If you’re self-isolating at home (and can pass our screening process to reduce risk to our team and yourself) and would like an adjustment at home rather than in the practice, please contact us to ask. This are available to those people who we would already normally see in the practice (no initial consults at this stage).
We are currently offering Initial Consults via video call for those we haven’t seen before but would like to get started with Chiropractic care. This is a way to reduce the number of people and amount of time spent in the practice. Please contact us if you would like to know more about your first visit with us.
All of our practitioners are currently available for phone appointments – please fill out our contact form, or give us a call to book in a time if you’d like to chat to your practitioner. These are available at no charge to you have been under care in our practice within the past 12 months. We understand that not everyone can come in for their adjustments, or arrange a home visit, so we want to remain available to you over the phone or via video call if you need.
